It enables transmission of event messages directly to a monitoring center (Alarm Receiving Centre, ARC) and communication via the Protegus mobile or web application. The device supports both 2G and 4G (Cat M1) connectivity. The device can: Connect to an alarm system via a telephone line using 2-wire or 4-wire connection (with line cut monitoring in 4-wire mode) Transmit full event information to monitoring centers via TRIKDIS, SIA DC-09, and SUR-GARD receivers Maintain connection with the IP receiver using periodic pinging (approx. every 30 seconds) and automatically switch to a backup channel if the main channel fails Send events in parallel to both the CMS (primary priority) and the Protegus application Send automated event notifications via SMS, even when data connectivity is unavailable Protegus integration and user management The Protegus 2 application enables remote access (arm/disarm), notifications (push alerts and sound signals), and control of connected devices such as lighting, gates, heating systems, etc. It supports multiple user roles: administrator, installer, and standard user. Notifications can also be delivered via SMS or phone call. Inputs, outputs and expandability The device has 3 I/O terminals that can be configured either as inputs (NO, NC, EOL variants) or as open-collector outputs (OC type, up to 0.15 A and 30 V). Functionality can also be expanded using an iO-series expansion module. Quick setup and administration Fast configuration: settings can be saved as a file and copied to other devices Two access levels: CMS administrator and installer Supports remote configuration and firmware updates via USB or SMS Technical Specifications Connection: Landline dialer (TIP/RING), 2 or 4-wire connection Modem: 4G LTE (including Cat M1 / NB1, frequency bands depending on region) Protocols: TRK, DC-09_2007, DC-09_2012, TL150 Data encryption: AES-128 I/O terminals: 3 dual I/O (configurable as input or OC output, up to 0.15 A, 30 V) Expansion options: iO-series expanders Power supply: 10–18 V DC Current consumption: Standby: 60–100 mA; during data transmission: up to 250 mA.
