Our range of Nitrile O Ring Cord is ideal for making general-purpose “O” Rings. Sometimes called NBR Cord, Associated Gaskets stocks our solid rubber Nitrile Cord in a wide range of sizes. This rubber is extruded to precise tolerances using 70 Shore A Nitrile Rubber compound. The cord has excellent resistance to hydrocarbon fuels, mineral oils, greases and many other chemicals. It also has reasonable temperature resistance and will withstand environments between -20°C and 90°C. Black in colour, this O Ring Cord is very flexible and easy to work with. Available Sizes AG stocks Nitrile O Ring Cord in a diameters ranging from 1.6mm through to 30mm. All of these are available by the metre. Custom Nitrile O Rings In addition to supplying the cord, AG is pleased to offer custom-made Nitrile O Rings. Using one of our premium quality adhesives, we are able to produce these seals to suit your requirements. For smaller quantities, custom NBR O Rings are often a far more economical option than getting seals moulded.
