Weicon Adhesive Spray is a universal form of spray-adhesive that can be used to bond lightweight materials to themselves and among each other. Very easy to use, Weicon Adhesive Spray is used for bonding a wide variety of material types. These include: Paper Cardboard Plasterboard Wood Thin Veneers Cork Leather Textiles Felt Soft Foam Rubber Sponge Rubber Plastic Film (except for PVC & polyethylene) Hard Foam (e.g. polystyrene) Based on synthetic rubber, Weicon Adhesive Spray has an evaporation time of about 5 to 15 minutes and a maximum working time of 30 minutes. Once applied and cured, Weicon Adhesive Spray withstands exposure to temperatures between -20ºC and 65ºC. Each can of this economical grade of adhesive spray can be used to cover an area approximately 4mtrs² in size. In addition to this grade AG is also pleased to offer the following two related products from this high quality German manufacturer: Weicon Adhesive Spray – Extra Strong & Weicon Adhesive Spray for Detachable Joints Processing Before use, ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of grease. Shake the can of Weicon Adhesive Spray and spray on one surface from a distance of between 15cm – 30cm. If bonding porous materials the adhesive should be applied to both surfaces. Depending on surfaces characteristics and ambient temperature the spray should be allowed to dry for between 1 & 15 minutes or until the adhesive is no longer stringy. Once this is done position the parts and join them with strong pressure.
